Tomorrow Morning

Tomorrow morning I’m going to get up.

I’m going to go to the gym and do an hour on the treadmill, hopefully at least five miles, as much of it steady state as I can. Once I get through the first mile I should be fine, plus I’m lighter and stronger now than I was the last time I did one of these.

Let’s try that again…I have a habit of saving drafts to go back and add hyperlinks because I’m a hundred years old but I don’t think people 1) do that anymore 2) say “hyperlink” 3) freeform blog in the first place.

Tomorrow morning I’m going to get up and go to the gym, specifically Life Time since my membership expires this month. It was a solid run but unemployed people don’t have luxury gym memberships. Plus I think I’ve outgrown the concept of a fancy gym anyway — the idea appealed to me originally because you get the spa environment and very low traffic but the environment doesn’t matter when it’s packed full of people and I’m just trying to work out so…off to Anytime I go.

I’ve lost the plot. See why I don’t blog? Tomorrow morning I’m going to get up and go to the gym and try for a long run in preparation for the Turkey Trot. This is the last goal race and one I’d actually forgotten about until recently so here we go…my goal is to have fun for once. I never enjoy the actual run, just completing it and comparing my results. Yes the message is loud and clear.

Some other things but I’ll hold onto them until they make more sense. Right now I’m just focusing on tomorrow morning. When I will get up. And go to the gym.
