Just to give you an idea…
…of the state of things. Yesterday I:
- Woke up after 1.5 hours of sleep (according to FitBit) to be at the gym at 5a for a 5K treadmill run. It went OK.
- Breakfast with black coffee and collagen peptides because I do whatever Instagram fitness influencers tell me, particularly when they are hot.
- Arrive in Grand Rapids at 8a, participate in morning stand-ups, teach two classes, head back to Lansing for PM meetings.
- Three hour nap (per FitBit) wake up disoriented continue working/grading papers until its time to break fast. Make and drink a pot of tea.
- Meijer because I’m out of fresh fruit and dates. And one can never have too much Greek yogurt, right? Exactly.
- Arabic classes then back to the gym at midnight for weights because it’s Pull Day. Obviously.
- Home for more grading, hit the bed for another 1.5 hours of sleep.
Now it’s today and I’m in the office.

At some point I should stop and take stock of the situation.
